HI, I'M CHARLOTTE
A heart-led, soul-driven Splenic Projector, devoted to creating sacred spaces for transformation and connection.
Originally from a farm in England, I followed my heart to Australia nearly 20 years ago, where I now live with my beautiful husband and our three amazing children.
I’m deeply passionate about sharing the magic of Cacao, the healing light of Angelic Reiki, and the power of women’s circles.
Whether guiding energy sessions, holding ceremony, or simply witnessing someone return to themselves - I’m here to help others reconnect, heal, and rise.

In ceremony, we share cacao with intention, creating space for healing, clarity, and soul connection.
Whether you're releasing, receiving, or simply being, cacao meets you where you are - softly guiding you back to your heart.
Women's Circles
There is deep power in women gathering with intention. In circle, we create a safe, sacred space to be seen, heard, and held - just as we are.
These gatherings are an invitation to pause, reconnect, and remember your inner wisdom.
Through sharing, reflection, and ritual, we nurture healing, sisterhood, and a sense of coming home to yourself.
Angelic Reiki Training
This sacred and powerful training offers deep energetic clearings and attunements directly from the Angelic Kingdom of Light. You’ll receive transformational upgrades to your light body, along with sacred symbols and a high-vibrational frequency that opens the path to working with your personal team of Angelic beings. Through this training, you’ll learn how to channel pure divine light and love - for your own healing and to support others. The training unfolds in two parts: 🌟 Level 1 & 2 – for personal healing and to begin your journey as a practitioner 🌟 Level 3 & 4 – the Master level, where you’re supported to deepen your practice and step into teaching, if you feel called. The journey of Angelic Reiki is one of profound growth, remembrance, and transformation. It is a true homecoming to your light.
SoulNar Sound Healing
SoulNar is a deeply restorative healing session combining guided chakra breathwork, sound healing, and hands-on energy work to clear and rebalance your energetic and emotional field.
Together, we gently release stored trauma and stagnant energy held in the body’s memory -energy that, if unaddressed, can manifest as emotional blocks, physical tension, or dis-ease.
Working through the chakra system, SoulNar helps you shift into alignment, leaving you feeling lighter, deeply relaxed, and energetically renewed.
Angelic Reiki Community Share
These monthly gatherings have become a cherished part of the Nurtured Heart Living community.
You’re invited to spend two blissful hours in a safe, nurturing space, where you’ll be gently guided through an Angelic Reiki healing experience.
In this circle, you’ll have the opportunity to both give and receive healing, deepening your connection to self, others, and the divine.
No prior experience is needed - just an open heart and a willingness to receive.
